- For Vietnamese guests: Please present your identity card or other valid ID
- It is strictly forbidden to bring animals, weapons, explosives, toxic substances or inflammables into the hotel.
- We operate from 8 am to 10 pm. Your guests must present identification at the Reception desk.
- The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, change rooms for each other, or lead other people into the bedroom without the consent of the Receptionist.
- Please do not cook in the bedroom.
- Do not bring strong smelling food into the room.
- Gambling, prostitution and drugs in the hotel are strictly prohibited in any form.
- The hotel renders the following free-of-charge service storage of valuable belongings during the stay unless you give them to at reeceptionist with the receipt.
- Do not bring food and drinks into restaurants and other public places.

- Cancel or Change your booking
- If cancellation or change is made 7 days prior to the day of arrival at the hotel (local time at the hotel), no charge will be made.
- If cancellation or change is made later or you do not present on time, 100% of the first night’s room charge will be made.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Luxe Hotel & Palace accepts payment under these forms: cash, bank transfer and credit card.
- Cash payment:
Please make a payment directly at the reception desk when checking-in or check-out.
- Bank transfer:
Please make Transfer to the bank account noted below at the specified time, depending on the hotel.

- Credit card payment:
Please provide us your credit card information via email or make payment by credit card at the hotel at the specified time, depending on the agreement with the hotel. The hotel accepts the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, VCB, JCB.

- Check out : Before 12:00 am
- Early check-in before 8:00 am and late check-out before 6pm will be charged 50% of the room rate. After 6pm, 100% of the hotel room rate will be charged (early check-in or late check-out must be confirmed in advance based on the availability of the hotel.
- POLICY FOR CHILDREN
- Free for children under 12 (sharing bed with parents (without free breakfast).
- Children from 1-5 years old will have free breakfast.
- Children from 06-10 years old are charged 50% of breakfast price (40,000 VND / rate / day).
- Children aged 11 years and older are counted as adults and 100% breakfast price will be charged (80,000 VND / rate / day).
